FRED Program History - an interview w/ Ira Goldenberg and Frederick Moe

The Franconia Regional External Degree (FRED) Program was developed at UWW/Franconia, and when Franconia folded it was re-founded at New Hampshire College. When that institution became the University of Southern New Hampshire, the FRED Program moved to Springfield College under David Osher, formerly of Franconia and New Hampshire College, where it gave up its name and became the foundation for SC's BA in Human Services.
